Entrepreneurs wanted

I am currently in the process of creating another start up company. My goal is to complete it without significant cash outlay. This will be my third start up in the past 10 years. The first two I was not an owner of. This one I will remain as majority owner. My plan is to trade percentages of ownership to develop a team that can manage and process this business. I have a general knowledge of most aspects of business. However, I am just one person and I have a full-time job right now. I want to take advantage of the thriving economy and lock in my future as well as the others around me. My political views are Republican and my religious views are agnostic. I find that I get along best with people that are like-minded, straight forward, kind, honest and willing to work hard. The first start up I was involved in beginning in 2010 is now doing 35 million per year. The second start up I came into in 2018 it had been up for 2 years. We were doing 1.2 million per year, we have now jumped our volume to over10 million per year. Staff jumped from 12 to 65. I am restricted due to noncompete contracts to start another business in the same field of medical. This start up is a spinoff, and only related via demographics. I am going to need help with:

Marketing, logo, branding, social media, website building and management, Vlogging etc.

Accounting, budgeting, AR/AP

IT, software, app research, deployment,management.

Office admin, contract and contractor management, planning, forecasting etc.

The more you can do, the more percentage of the company I can give. In the beginning it will be time intensive, no more than 8 hours per week per discipline. Weekly meetings via screen sharing and monthly F2F meetings required of all shareholders. The goal is to get it so that it flies on its own with minimal management. Those who work more than 8 hours per week will be compensated accordingly depending on the tasks being performed. If you have skills in any of the above mentioned. Please provide me with your resume. I am for the most part focused. I love to think outside the box and think of the incredible opportunities the world has to offer. I am looking for partners that are willing to work as hard as I can. I will be looking to surround myself with people that are strong and able to rein my active genius and help me capitalize upon it. Many hands make big tasks easier. I have identified an existing market that is significantly underserved and could prove to be a $50-$100 million venture. The sky is no longer the limit, it is our imagination that limits us.
