We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager with our industry-leading client in Knoxville, TN.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Coordinate and manage project resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Lead and participate in efforts to evaluate potential technology solutions with internal development groups and external software vendors.
- Communicate directly with business partners to gather feedback and select the appropriate solution that best meets the goals of the project - functionality, cost, and schedule
- Work closely with systems architects, analysts, designers, developers and QA analysts to support the phases of the SDLC.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Strong technical PM that can work across multiple technologies including networking, servers, end user devices, application integrations
- Past experience with business applications such as SAP, ServiceNOW, Successfactors, etc. preferred
- Must be a self starter and enthusiastic about what you do
