Job DetailsCompensation Rate: $28 - $36hrQualifications:Education -High School Diploma or GEDProficient in G & M Code, GD&T, Setup, Blueprint reading, QI inspectionProficient with MasterCAM ,Experience with CAD is a plusBackground of 5+ years of experience in machiningExperience with extremely close tolerancing (+/- .0001) tolerance parts in both production and prototype environments5 years of experience working in ISO or AS workplacesEssential Functions: The primary duties and responsibilities of a machinist Level 4 consist of but are not limited to:Highly efficient use of machine tools and time to make quality partsUsing Mastercam create clear, logical programs on high complexity parts with documentation for others to followDesign, create, and apply new and complex work holding and fixturesSetup new and repeating high complexity partsMaintain a rolling 12 week average setup & run time efficiency of 80% or higherExpertly complete secondary operations such as deburringPerform basic to advanced machine preventative maintenance activitiesCollaborate with production management, engineering, and quality to establish effective processesWork effectively within a team to achieve production goalsMust be able to achieve tolerances of +/- .0001" using best machining practices Train, mentor, and coach other team membersSet an example for others to follow with workmanship and teamworkInterested in hearing more?
