Quality Engineer

Location: Eden Prairie, MN Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Engineer.This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, reuse, and execute tests in multiple software lifecycle, e.g., ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)/Agile setting
• Code automated test scripts
• Develop in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality
• Collaborate as part of scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user stories
• Ensure functional and non-functional acceptance criteria aligns to the business value statement
• Develop awareness of upstream and downstream system interactions and dependencies while working on automation solutions

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of QE experience background with test automation using Cucumber/Selenium, POSTMAN, and writing SQL
• Working knowledge of ATDD, Agile and DevOps practices
• Proficiency with writing database queries
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using postman
• Development background in Java/ Java Script is a plus
