Business Systems Analyst:Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for Business Systems Analysts who have experience meeting with stakeholders (IT or Business), Gathering requirements, and Creating Process Flows. Salesforce is nice to have but not required. Job Description:- Business Analysis (Must-haves):
Liaison between technical groups and the businessAbility to interact and handle different groups with competing needsRequirements definition and elicitationEnsure requirements are clear, concise and testableA willingness to provide constructive feedback on projectsAbility to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositoriesAbility to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systemsAbility to recognize up/downstream dependenciesOrganizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action itemsProficiency in MS Word and ExcelOther considerations which may be overlooked by business - Business Analysis Tools (Nice to have - At least MS Visio experience is needed though):
