Devops Engineer Consultant

Job Description - Devops Engineer ConsultantDevOps Engineer Consultant ( Jr / Mid level type ) 6+ month contract w/ chance to extend Remote - Ideally located in Twin Cities Our Direct client is looking to add a DevOps Engineer Consultant to support a revenue generating Digital Product with pushing out content releases using AWS and shifting on-prem to Azure cloud back office / infrastructure. Just looking for a mid-level type who can confidently jump in and contribute. Our client is looking for someone who can create CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, exposed to AWS (Azure is a plus ) and is passionate, a team player and interested in gaining some real cool consulting experience within a tech education firm!

• Good understanding of the LEMP stack - Amazon Linux/Ubuntu, NGINX, MySQL, PHP
• Understands CI/CD practices - experience with Jenkins and GitLab
• Understands cloud platforms - virtual servers, serverless functions, VPCs, security groups, network ACLS, general good security practices
• Planful - able to gather critical detail and create an implementation plan.
• Personable - interface will with people in the business to schedule and perform code/content releases
