- Being innovative in solving problems

- Developing and debugging C, C, C#, or Java embedded firmware
- Developing and debugging GUI
- Five or more years of C, C, C#, or Java embedded firmware engineering experience
- Five or more years of source code control experience
- Five or more years of formal bug tracking experience
- Five or more years of GUI design experience
- Possess the ability to demonstrate ability to be innovative in solving problems
- Possess the ability to demonstrate ability to be innovative in the direction to move products and architecture
- A four year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering
- A solid work history
