That's why we need you, an experienced DevOps engineer, to help us shorten the time it takes to get critical tools developed and into the hands of those who need them. As a DevOps engineer on our team, you'll use your development experience to streamline our software development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You'll lead efforts to incorporate open source tools, automation, and Cloud resources to cut down on tedious, boring tasks and free up the team's developers to do what they do best - innovate. You'll implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like Kubernetes and Application Containerization, CI/CD Automation, and Platform Security while developing software that will modernize federal IT infrastructure. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to build software solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. You Have: -5+ years of experience with DevOps-Experience with leading assignments and small teams of engineers-Experience with Python-Experience with designing complex CI/CD pipelines based on business requirements-Experience with integrating CI/CD pipelines with Jira and Confluence-Experience with Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Ansible -Experience with architecting cloud solutions-Experience with IAM policies-Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Nice If You Have: -Experience with configuring, managing, and securing Linux servers-Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes in an enterprise environment-Experience with architecting and developing automated orchestration of Node.js and Java applications in Azure and AWS cloud environments -Experience with architecting environments for continuous integration, deployment, and continuous monitoring-AWS Cloud Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
