We have a need for a Oracle PL/SQL developer. This is a contract to hire position and will convert to full time, permanent within 3-6 months (no sponsorship available). This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day to day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; build applications, interface between applications, understands data security, retention, and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases. This position is based out of Dallas, TX. The qualified candidate will work on a hybrid environment, working onsite a few days a week, otherwise remote. This position is salaried, with full benefits. Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
Preferred Qualifications- At least 4 years of experience in software design, development, and support working in SQL
- Strong SQL skills in Oracle DB
- Good knowledge of Performance tuning
- Good to have data modeling and data mapping skills
- Good to have – ETL knowledge- Data stage, Informatica.
- Good to have any data analysis-related experience.
- Strong communication and Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
