The Position

The Vermont Country Store is currently seeking an

Analyst, Planning and Product Analytics. The qualified candidate will serve as a key member of the Merchandising team that oversees all multi-channel product analysis and assortment planning efforts. The Analyst will provide insights and recommendations that will drive business growth.

A Sampling of What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and share data driven results to facilitate business decisions
  • Leverage analytics to develop in depth insights that translate into actionable recommendations
  • Conduct post-season analysis in to determine growth opportunities
  • Lead the planning and analytical efforts of a team
  • Present data in a consumable format for your business partners
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement growth plans

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or

    equivalent experience in a related field
  • Skilled with Excel including creating pivot tables
  • Passion for accuracy and innovation
  • Energetic self-starter that works well in a team as well as independently
  • Detail oriented with consistent and timely follow through
  • Strong presentation, listening, verbal, and written skills

Where We Are

This position can work some days remotely in Vermont, New Hampshire, or New York. There will be time required weekly onsite in Manchester Center, VT, so a candidate is expected to be within a drivable distance to our main offices.
