Job Description

Due to an internal promotion of one of our team members, a new opportunity for a Team Leader position has opened up at our Canberra branch.

In this role you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of clients, completing assessments and delivering case management services, supporting clients to return to their previous and new employment;
  • Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team of OT's,Physios,EP's, Psychologist or Rehab Counsellors
  • Lead your team to meet individual and team targets;
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
  • Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.

Qualifications

You will have

  • Experience in the Vocational/ Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications in OT, EP, Physio, registered/Provisional Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with AHRPA , ESSA or ASORC
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes;
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
  • Current driver license and motor vehicle.
