Job Description

  • Meeting minutes, including write up and review with team
  • Administration tasks such as formatting, letters, arranging meetings, booking rooms, ordering catering etc.
  • Document control for all information, deliverables, drawings and the like
  • Aconex and SharePoint administration, including editing controls
  • File management on T&T systems to meet project auditing requirements
  • T&T safety on projects checklist to ensure compliance
  • Administration of BNG conserve for insurance/risk purposes
  • Assisting the Senior Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as; cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance etc
  • Assisting with contractual work including procurement and editing documents
  • Liaison with client departments and other service providers to help co-ordinate all efforts in keeping the program on track
  • Tender research, collating potential bid work
  • Assistance with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with risk team overseas

Qualifications

  • A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
  • 1 – 3 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
  • Baseline clearance preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
  • Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
