Job Description
Job Purpose:The Arizona Sales Manager is responsible for actively leading, directing and managing all ROC Title Sales Representatives selling our Title and Escrow Services in their designated sales territory in Arizona.Essential Functions: Ability to lead, direct and manage Sales Executives along with promoting all ROC Title Escrow staff is a must. Develop a yearly Marketing Plan for all Sales Executives that mirrors the goals and directives of the company Implement action plans to increase the volume of business/market share for all ROC Title Branches. Timely follow up on leads generated by Sales Reps, Escrow Officers, marketing campaigns, trade shows and other methods to qualify and pursue new sales opportunities Help the Sales Executives develop, maintain, and manage a robust funnel of opportunities with both short and long term deals Utilize CRM and other tools to properly provide accurate, up to date information with regards to customer, activities, marketing initiatives and sales opportunities Stays abreast of current industry trends and how the company’s customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs Build, sustain, and diversify relationships with a variety of people Effectively represent and educate a diverse population on the current Real Estate market Understands, displays, and embraces the company’s “Coolture” Other duties as assignedQualifications
Required: Minimum of 5+ years ofexperience managing sales executives and hitting company goals/directives Excellent communication and listening skills Strong track record in managing/leading Sales Representatives in the Title industry Must have a strong track record of successful sales and lead generation Prior training in and usage of one or more sales methodologies (SPIN, TAS, Solution Selling, Conceptual Selling, Customer Centric, Challenger Sales, etc.) Highly organized with strong time management skills Valid driver’s license Current auto insurance based on state minimal insurance coverage standards and reliable automotive transportation

Physical Demands & Work Environment:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Must be able to multi-task various projects at once while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
