MAINTENANCE TECH

Variety. No two days are alike. You’ll have different tasks in different apartments where you’ll interact with and help different people every day.

Personal interaction. You’ll get to know the people you are helping in the community, and they’ll be thankful for what you do.

Maintenance Tech:

Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, heating, locks, carpentry, partial roofing etc.) a must.

Customer service attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.

The job may be especially well-suited for someone with technical school training or construction, contracting, or home repair experience.

Spanish and English preferred

On call as needed for emergencies

Background check will be done

Reference needed

Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance.

Works in turnover and renovation units, as well as responds to maintenance service requests.

Works on external, as well as internal repairs which may include, but is not limited to, drywall repairs, painting,

fence, and gate repairs, plumbing installation or repairs, appliance repairs, boilers and common area clean-up.

Participates in emergency and after hours coverage based on the established schedule or as required.
