Staff Back-End Engineer - APPX

Location: Minneapolis, MN Description: Our client is currently seeking a Staff Back-End Engineer - APPX Location: Remote Duration: Full Time GCor requiredThis job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide technical and domain expertise across multiple components to solve complex problems.
• Design and implement next generation core application backend and microservices for the Experimentation Platform.
• Work with our performance experts and use your own expertise to improve performance and ensure Systems are Production ready.
• Work with monitoring and observability experts and use your own expertise to improve observability.
• Help create and drive a continuous improvement roadmap, introduce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Organize, plan, and lead large projects through to completion in collaboration with technical partners and product managers to develop new features.

• You have 7+ years of Software Development experience.
• You have 2+ years of experience in a senior engineering or technical leadership role.

• You are self-motivated, yet still enjoy working in partnership across an organization.
• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent area of study.
• You have proficiency in Python or other backend technologies.
