Calling all Government Acquisition Support SpecialistsKey Skills: Acquisition Package Documentation (e.g. QASP, IGCE), Requirement refinement, Market Research, Acquisition Plan, Healthcare IT, Project Management, EHR ImplementationCandidate will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program in an Acquisition Support role to create statements of work, white papers, and lists of assumptions, cost models, and informational briefings. Collaborate with VHA Acquisition Centers, VA TAC, and OEHRM TIO Leads to guide task order development and ensure timelines are met through the delivery of tangible work products (e.g. technical writing and editing, professional PowerPoint presentations, and infographics). Assist with government led analysis and alternatives utilizing critical thinking skills, ROIs, market research, and planning activities ranging from tactical to strategic. Track and shepherd acquisitions through the OEHRM Investment Justification Process (IJP).Deliverables include:

An ideal candidate will have experience implementing healthcare software solutions in complex organizations and/or federal agencies.Elentic prides itself on being a risk-focused company and as such, key success criteria are being able to identify and mitigate risks. It interfaces with business, system owners, development teams, agencies, and joint efforts. A successful candidate will be able to manage project actions (e.g., Schedule and Risk), support Microsoft (MS) SharePoint and other Knowledge Management tools, and provide executive-level project status reporting, including MS PowerPoint and dashboarding. In other words assisting the lead Project Managers in the management of multiple projects, coordinating efforts across organization pillars and work efforts. Note - this is a Washington DC based on-site position that currently is in a hybrid work footing (2 days a week) but is actively planning to return to the office as COVID conditions dictate.
