Job DetailsSupport and grow the integrity of quality management system to continually ensure it meets all customer andproduct requirements.• Participate, assist, and effectively validate Root Cause Corrective Actions.• Assist in new project onboarding• Provide metrology guidance and overview for inspection department.• Assist FAI and Source Manager as needed to coordinate resources for First Article Inspection (FAI) and Source inspections.• Coach all department supervisors and direct reports to prioritize workloads around the shipping schedule.• Function as necessary for any customer and/or regulatory audits.• Assist Training Coordinator in the creation, management, and execution of Quality Training PlansInterested in hearing more?
