Position Summary:The Network Traffic Operations teams processes content and performs quality checks for the IPVOD and FVOD platforms; modifies the Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) to add program data, blackouts and Pay-Per-View encryption; manages paperwork for sports and Pay-Per-View packages; creates Traffic logs relaying broadcast information for Operations and Engineering departments; coordinates with outside providers and internal engineering departments to broadcast live sporting events as well as tracks and reports discrepancies.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs quality checks on VOD content
  • Tracks and reports discrepancies
  • Processes content for IPVOD and FVOD platforms
  • Modifies the Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) to add managed events, blackouts and Pay-Per-View encryption.
  • Manages paperwork for sports and Pay-Per-View packages
  • Creates Traffic logs relaying broadcast information for Operations and Engineering departments
  • Coordinates with outside providers and internal engineering departments to broadcast live sporting events.

Basic Requirements:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports, communicate vital information, and respond to questions from managers and customers.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail or telephone.

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or two years of experience/training in related field or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
