The Team From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to cyber risk and human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced pre-configured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. The US Delivery Center supports a collaborative team culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel. Work you'll do- Provide expertise for a Government agency as part of an IT Modernization program.
- Design, implement, and manage and lead the direction for the standup of the CI/CD Pipeline.
- Support clients with data protection, IoT, and overarching cloud capabilities.
- Implement core and cloud infrastructure security to manage risks and exposure.
- Perform cyber reconnaissance to illuminate a potential attack surface area.
- Provide threat and vulnerability management to federal clients and teams.
- Analyze tactical network architectures and topologies to assess security risks.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Secret clearance is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Travel up to 15%
- Experience using cyber reconnaissance to support a federal client
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure
- Experience utilizing software asset management
- 5+ yrs. experience as a software developer focused on security architecture
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Previous Security Operations Center experience
- Experience with API Security
- Strong understanding of NIST 800 series, FIPS 140, CNSSI 1253, FedRAMP
- Familiar with OpenShift PaaS
- Experience in mobile and endpoint security
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
- Awareness of and ability to analyze outputs from various DOD tools such as ACAS, ESS, SCC
- Awareness of and ability to analyze outputs from various DevSecOps tools such as OpenSCAP, Twistlock/Prisma, Anchore
- Ability to communicate hard technical analysis to non-technical teams and personnel
- Strong understanding of RMF process
- Ability to translate RMF controls to technical implementations
- Ability to understand and provide guidance on general STIG strategy, as well as individual STIG checks
- Ability to understand relationship between STIGs and Authorization package
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and environments (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles
- Strong understanding of Cyber Defensive Operations principles and techniques
- Security Operations and Monitoring & dashboarding
