We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about Pega.As a Pega Business Architect you'll be responsible for working with key stakeholders and our project teams to fully understand business needs, present a clear roadmap and design and deliver Pega business architected solutions. You'll work with Business Architects on several teams, ensuring processes, standards and quality is being delivered to the business. You'll will support the development team to assure that they have all the necessary information and help educate and clarify the requirements and align to business objectives and resolve issues.Job Duties:- Engage and manage your clients' key stakeholders to understand their challenges, become their trusted advisor, capturing their business objectives and needs and turning those into user stories
- Provide your clients with a clear vision and roadmap
- With a background in Business Analysis &/or Business Architecture, you'll assess your clients current and target architecture needs, define, design and deliver a Pega business architected solution
- Collaborating with the Pega delivery team, you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your client's expectations

Job Details- 5+ years of PEGA SBA experience
- Experience navigating a large enterprise matrix organization
- Documented history of successful PEGA implementations
- PEGA Senior Business Architect Certified would be amazing to have
- Experience working on an Agile / Scrum team environment
