A global company with an international presence is seeking a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to lead their team. They're an industry leader and provide a wide range of connectivity solutions to various customers across North America. In this role, you will oversee the Cisco Switch/Router/Firewall environments by performing configuration and installation of all relating hardware and software. This includes deploying Cisco and Aruba Wireless, company-wide WAN and LAN Datacenters, manage Fortinet Firewalls and SolarWinds,VPNs, and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT Operations Manager. Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years' experience of Cisco LAN/WAN experience specifically in an enterprise or manufacturing/production type of environment
- Familiar with Cisco based technologies including: 2900/3700/9300 Series Catalyst Switches, Series 1100/2900/4300 Routers
- Equivalent amount of experience of education, experience and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience with SolarWinds and Network Monitoring Tools
- Experience with Firewalls, including Fortinet
- Routing Protocols such as OSPF and EIGRP
- Familiar with Telephony technologies
- Cisco, Aruba ASA Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls and Orion SolarWinds
- VMware
- Patching and running security tools
- Azure
- Cisco Certifications are highly preferred
- Industry experience specifically within Enterprise or Manufacturing/Production
- 100% Cisco Based
- 90% Network Engineering
- 10% Systems Administration
- Competitive Salary: Up to $140,000/year, DOE
