Cybersecurity SME Pharma Manufacturing AND IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, OT Security Cybersecurity SME Pharma ManufacturingPreferable, Bedminster office, NJ, USAJob Description: We are looking for Industry Expert for cyber security in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector.Person must be fluent with various cyber security requirements and technologies in OT landscape. Must have hands-on experience experience with cyber & physical security requirements in IEC 62443.Responsibilities• Drive innovation in risk-based cybersecurity services for industrial environments via identifying potential for new approaches, new features, and new technical solutions to improve the technical capabilities of Siemens to deliver relevant cybersecurity services at high quality to our customers,• Understand and represent the technical solutions and capabilities in the area of industrial cybersecurity associated with pharmaceutical manufacturing. • Support our customers in pharma manufacturing as a key subject matter authority in their cybersecurity services pre-sales / sales activities, via technical lead qualification, writing technical parts of proposals, and advancing the capabilities of Siemens units to respond to and win non-standard cybersecurity project opportunities,• Conduct standards compliance gap assessments for Siemens departments, product teams, as well as customers that assess maturity of cybersecurity programs based on standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53/82 and others, and develop technical and impactful recommendations to close identified gaps, and support the implementation of mitigating measures, and• Conduct risk assessments and organizational readiness assessments, and report on existing risk and gaps in cybersecurity strategy of our customers and advise and implement mitigations and strategic direction, based on extensive technical expertise.Requirements:/ Key Skills • M.S. in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field required• A broad and tried understanding and technical expertise in cybersecurity, preferably in the area of industrial cybersecurity, with proven experience in one or more of the following topics: IEC 62443 compliance, ISO27001 compliance, NIST RMF compliance, cybersecurity product development, industrial cybersecurity (hands-on expertise)• A passion for research, driven by a desire to improve existing approaches and technology, and with the creativity and excitement needed to spot and address hard problems• Comfortable working as a technical consultant that influences strategy, able to turn sophisticated technical topics into presentations and slides that provide a solid basis for management decisions• Able to build relationships within the company and act as a gateway to a multitude of internal capabilities, tools, and capacity, able to connect the dots and identify synergies, redundancy, as well as the best teams and technology to tackle customer challenges• Excellent up-to-date technical and hands-on knowledge in current attack methods and in mitigating cybersecurity risk; relevant expertise in industrial security / OT security a plus• Problem solver who sees a roadblock and determines how to get around it with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude.• Excellent communication skills in English, both in words and in writing; ability to generate high quality reports and presentations• Willingness to travel, up to 25% (domestic/international) IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, OT Security Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Manufacturing in general
