A software company located in Scottsdale is looking for a Senior Windows Operations Engineer. This individual will be joining a team of primarily Linux Engineers focused on a DevOps migration, and will be the go to person for all things Windows related. That will include Windows Server, Powershell and Active Directory. They would also like this person to have exposure to the AWS side of the house, and any experience with Ansible or Terraform would be a huge asset as well. The position will be a great opportunity to get more experience with DevOps and AWS administration, will also flexing your strong Windows ability. The team really values team work and would like someone able to come into their Scottsdale office two days a week. Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Windows server, AD, and Powershell
- Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper)
- Exposure to AWS and managing Windows servers in the cloud
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Knowledge of either Ansible or Terraform
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Any migration experience a big plus
- 50% Windows Server
- 50% AWS
- Full time direct hire opportunity
- Up to $125k base, depending on experience
