Job DetailsWe run a Ruby on Rails stack w/ a React.js frontend. Ideally we're looking for a full stack engineer however backend RoR development could be a bigger need. Our interview process in incredibly practical and straightforward and we're still a small team, so this is an opportunity to make a huge impact! Responsibilities:
  • Develop new components for web applications, primarily for electronic medical records and occasionally for our member-facing web application
  • Own and direct full stack code architecture & state management structure
  • Provide code review & contribute to technical mentorship of junior engineers
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop new features and functionality for our production web applications
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of applications, improving our infrastructure and making our applications more reliable
  • Research, scope, and test new technologies to improve our team workflow and user experience
You should have some of the following:
  • Ruby on Rails
  • React & Redux
  • JavaScript
  • RESTful API's
  • MVC architecture
