This company is needing a Senior Level DevOps/Automation Engineer. This is a full-time position, fully in person role. This company is in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This person would be Side by side helping the hotel employees life easier by bringing hospitality accounting on to the internet and into the cloud. This company will give you the responsibly of working with Other teams with the organization to identify, develop, and deploy automation to increase productivity and effectiveness of resources. You will be also researching and developing tools, scripts, and systems to support the automation goals while troubleshooting those systems in the advancement, test, and production environments. They are looking for someone with the experience and skills of Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and scripting using Python and PowerShell. Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in areas such as computer science, engineering, or information systems
  • 7+ years of related work experience
  • 5+ years in network design and hands- on support of enterprise IP Networks Knowledge of complex IP routing and other protocols, including IPsec, DNS, VoIP, QoS, and MPLS.
  • Proven practical experience with routers, switches, firewalls and related networking technologies in a multivendor environment (Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Palo, Alto, Riverbed, etc.)
  • Some experience with orchestration, automation, and configuration management using tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes; scripting using code like Python or PowerShell.
  • Experience working in a hybrid networking/ software development environment.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining server/virtualization clustering (VMWare, XenServer)
  • Experience with network security tools such as firewalls and IPS
  • Extensive knowledge of both Windows and Linux OS environments
  • Deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols
  • Data center operations, procedures, best practices, Network cabling, AC/DC power and cabling
  • Above-average analytical, conceptual, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure
  • Proven experience identifying, Analyzing, and resolving system problems
  • Familiarity and expertise in a variety of programs and tools

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended period's
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel in representing the company's interests required.
  • Ability to attend work and meeting with excellent attendance and punctuality.
