A start up in Philadelphia, Pa is hiring a .NET Engineer. This company is using.NET 5, also using C#, ASP.NET Core, Rest Microservices, Angular, and Azure. You will be integrating with 50+ other software providers on their integrations team and also have a heavy say in architecture decisions. This role is 30% Front end development and 70% middle tier backend development. They are very flexible with adopting new technologies and ideas as they have a startup culture, but pride themselves on an excellent work life balance for the engineering team. While they are located in Philadelphia, PA, they are currently fully remote. Candidates must live in PA, NJ, DE, or MD. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional .NET development Experience
- Experience using ASP.NET Core
- Computer Science Fundamentals
- Experience with JavaScript or Angular or React
- Rest Microservices
- Azure or AWS
- SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related degree
- Experience on Scalable, high-traffic, customer-facing projects
- 90% Hands-on New Development
- 10% Design and Architecture
