Job DetailsYour Role:You will assist the Project Manager with delivery of multiple projects for public, private, and institutional clients with major traffic engineering components. You will have the opportunity to work on traffic projects and traffic aspects of larger projects. Work may include traffic modeling, traffic impact studies, traffic reports for roadway projects, safety studies, parking studies, signal timing and coordination, planning efforts, signing and striping design, and traffic signal design.Responsibilities:Managing technical aspects of project deliveryCoordinating with sub-consultants and internal project team members and managing activities of internal staffEstablishing and monitoring adherence to project schedule and budgetProviding all necessary coordination and follow-up on the work to ensure quality standards are met, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction, respect and confidence are assuredMeeting with clients, preparing and delivering presentations, as requiredMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related disciplineProfessional Engineer (PE) license in AZ (or ability to obtain)4+ years of experience with skills to navigate multi-disciplined engineering projectsTechnical knowledge in traffic engineering with proven experience in preparing technical reports, designs, specifications, and computationsExperience with Synchro/SimTraffic and/or VISSIMStrong oral and written communication skillsInterested in hearing more?
