Title: Data Engineer Job Description This opening is for a full-time Data Engineer who has experience with being in a leadership position, Python, R, SQL, APIs, and data lakes and warehouses. The company is currently fully remote but is looking to transition to a hybrid schedule. They have created a fraud detection software that has been used by very notable brands, such as Prada and Ticketmaster. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience/understanding of machine learning, data science, and eCommerce.As a member of this company, you will be working to achieve their goal of improving eCommerce for merchants and consumers. So far, they have been successful at reaching this goal and have recently received a substantial Series E funding round.Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years programming experience with Python
- Experience with R and SQL
- Data lakes and warehouses and APIs
- Familiarity of machine learning, data science, and eCommerce
- Experience being in a leadership position
- Backend work
- Team Lead responsibilities
