- Working closely with Business Leaders in setting and communicating a strategy and priorities to deliver Technology Services and Solutions.
- Confidently communicate technical concepts, plans and projects to non-technical Associates and Partners.
- Serve as a liaison between centrally located technical teams and the business, communicating and delivering service offerings, ensuring technology standards and best practices are met.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements via proactive communication and collaboration.
- Lead the implementation and support of Technology Services supporting initiatives for both Enterprise Level and focused Business level innovation. As needed acting as a expert for Core Applications.
- Provide Leadership in the improvement of business processes and how to effectively use Technology.
- Develop detailed requirements (flow charts, process descriptions, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data specifications).
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to structure, develop, and rollout enterprise solutions.
- Work across all business functions to understand and support the scaling of infrastructure & support services.
- Hire, coach and mentor a highly effective team, using both internal and external resource skills and services.
- Lead, mentor and coach support and application resources.
- Active involvement in financial planning and technology budgets and controlling costs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- 5-8 years of relevant business analysis/technology experience.
- 2-3 years strong data analysis skills including skills to rapidly learn new data assets.
- Advanced business process skills including: process mapping, process management, project management, strategic thinking and change leadership.
- High degree of efficiency and proficiency in understand business process, reshaping processes while integrating new technology solutions.
- Experience with end user systems support. Including diagnosing, researching, resolving end user issues.
- Ability to quickly learn systems purpose, process, and potential to provide a high level of systems support, long-term viability, and continual improvements.
- Deep interest in technology and innovation and how it impacts the business.
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions.
- Experience leading system solution direction with an emphasis on the business architecture, process reengineering and long-term maintainability.
- Excellent communication management; critical thinking abilities; oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent people skills with ability to handle difficult personnel situations.
- Ability to travel as needed (>10%).
