Description Objective:a candidate to participate in the company digital transformation and drive the systems initiativesImplement Order to Cash, Master Data, Contract Management, Pricing, Supply Chain / Procure to Pay business processes by leveraging S/4 HANA 1809Participate in the design and implementation of overall Procurement solutions, Direct and Indirect Procurement, Forecast and Replenishment (F& R), Transportation/Logistics, Customer Activity Repository (CAR) and other Inventory Planning related functions and capabilities, Promotion Management (PMR), Sourcing Strategy, WMS, and EDI integration and other related functionalityResponsibilities:Define and document business requirements, configuration, build test scripts, participate in MOCK/SIT/UAT testing, End User TrainingResponsible for the design of the end-to-end solution template and functional architecture in alignment with WFC’s business requirements, Digital Guidelines, and Industry Leading practices; drives solution standardizationScope includes working with other SAP and non-SAP systems and support any enhancements and related integrationsParticipate in fit/gap analysis (Solution Confirmation) of the technology solutions to determine a need for customization and enhancements (RICEFW objects)Liaise with other team members, both internal and external/3rd partiesRequirements Qualifications:5+ years of hands on experience with SAP OTC SD moduleExperience in configuring, testing, supporting SAP OTC, P2P, F& R, IM processes and functionalityDesigning, building, testing and deploying technical components requiredExperience with cross-functional Integration in Warehouse Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and other 3rd systemsDemonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with the SAP product suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts.Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materialsOther Qualifications and Competencies:Bachelor’s Degree in areas of Business Information, Information technology, Engineering, or other alternative education in support of requirementsUnderstanding of SAP Retail solution portfolio and product strategyHas been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to othersExperience in configuring, testing, supporting other SAP modules; SAP Activate/ Agile MethodologyTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
