Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an Network Engineersupporting the Army Reserve National Guard in Cary, NC (Or Ft. Bragg).Responsibilities for the Network Engineer include:

  • Responsible for performing routed/switched network design activity for large enterprise customer data networks.
  • Primary interface to customers in support of WAN/LAN enterprise projects.
  • Responsible for investigating, designing, planning, and implementing communications networks.
  • Work with customer teams to develop solutions that support their requirements.
  • Prepare network schematics to define and illustrate network design solutions.
  • Create hardware and software configuration upgrades.
  • Provide IP addressing and routing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed work orders for technicians.
Qualifications for the Network Engineer include:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant Networking Experience
  • CCNA Certification or Higher is required
  • Experience with Cisco LAN switching, WAAS, juniper routing and internal wireless products
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level I Security+ CE certification.
Compensation for the Network Engineer include:
  • $75,000 - $85,000/Yr. based on experience
