  • Exhibits a history of strategic solution development within a complex, ambiguous environment to create visionary, data-backed frameworks that are easily digested across multiple teams
  • Expertise in establishing core business metrics, and fostering loyalty and membership through great customer experiences in a retail/ecommerce environment
  • Experience acting as a driving force behind widespread, scalable products in the digital space .
  • History of collaborating over strategy development, road mapping, and KPI benchmarking in the forging of critical partnerships
  • Identify and guide project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and decision-making processes.
  • Engage internally and cross-functionally with partners to achieve Member Growth Ambitions
  • Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal teammates and cross functional partners.
  • Ensure program initiatives are in alignment with business strategies and budgets
  • Escalate issues that impact cost, schedule and / or performance.
