Transition/Change Manager One of our most innovative clients has an immediate need for a senior level Transition and Change Manager.Are you a dedicated Transition or Change Manager interested in joining an exciting team? The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Several years of experience in a Transition of Change Management role
  • Strong skills around communicating and coordinating technical and/or process change across teams and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience working within a large enterprise environment with responsibilities for implementing new tools, processes and policies.
  • General understanding of technical environments and solid end user communication skills

You'll lead and develop training materials to support change and transition in collaboration with training resources. In addition, you'll develop the TM communication strategy and communication plan for specific initiatives to generate momentum, raise awareness and influence behaviors across the organization.
