- 5+ years of professional, software experience
- Experience with Flutter/Dart or React/React Native with interest in learning Flutter/Dart
- Experience scaling applications
- Previous experience with both web and mobile applications
- Full-Stack experience a big plus!
- Healthcare/Orthopedic interest or curiosity
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Tech and Science teams
- Experience building high reliability systems and applications
- Being part of startups or company's rapid growth
