Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support a Federal program in Arlington, VA. This position requires an ACTIVE SECRET clearance (or higher).Responsibilities of the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Diagnose and resolve client issues using ITIL best practices
  • Track all assigned work and trouble tickets using Remedy ITSM
  • Perform tier 1/2 support
  • Provide process improvement analysis and recommendations
Qualifications of the Service Desk Analyst:
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk/service desk capacity
  • Security+ or related certification required
Compensation of the Service Desk Specialist:
  • $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
