Responsibilities Peraton has a compelling opportunity to transition, sustain, and modernize mission critical networks for a unique customer in the Washington Metro Area (WMA).Peraton responsibilities include review of the current system architecture, sustainment of current operations, design of a new cloud-based architecture, development and deployment of new capabilities, and continual system refresh and enhancement. Qualifications Required Qualifications- Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
- Interfaces with user community to understand their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate them.
- Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security.
- Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required. Provides management with status reports. Frequently reports to an Information Security Manager.
- Bachelors Degree with 8+ Years experience, Masters Degree with 6+ Years experience , PhD Degree with 3+ Years of experience.
- Active Top Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain a higher level clearance if needed.
