Remote Technical Sourcer

Piper Companies is seeking a qualified Remote Technical Sourcer in the Memphis, Tennessee area to join a team supporting a commercial retail organization build their Software Engineering and Product Management Department. The position is 100% remote for a major e-commerce retailer based on the East Coast. Responsibilities for the Remote Technical Sourcer:

• Balance all aspects of recruiting. This would include job board and internet sourcing, social and event networking and validating employee referrals.
• Maintaining a healthy network of active and passive candidates.
• Manage processes of sourcing, evaluating candidates, pre-screening, and interviewing.

• 2+ years of corporate or agency talent acquisition.
• 1+ year of high-level direct sourcing IT and technical talent using multiple tools.
• Experience managing candidate relations and communication with hiring management team.
• Comfortable using metrics to manage personal productivity and reshape recruiting efforts independently.
