Title: Solution ArchitectAs the

Solution Architect for our Client, a nationally recognized, leading healthcare technology company based in Dallas, you will act as the technical lead responsible for creating and owning blueprints from ideation through design of new & existing technology solutions.The ideal candidate will possess strong software engineering and agile project management process knowledge and demonstrate good understanding software algorithm and problem-solving methodologies and have previous claim processing, healthcare/integration knowledge.

Direct Hire position. Local candidates preferred. Unable to sponsor.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 2 + years of experience working as a Software or Application Architect.
  • 8 + years of recent experience with hands-on coding in various domain specific areas (JAVA, .NET, C#, Python, SQL, etc.; Applications such as Epic, ServiceNow, etc.; Technology such as Microsoft, AI/ML, Orchestration, etc.; Interoperability expertise such as FHIR, APIs, etc.).
  • Architecture/Messaging: Expert level knowledge in distributed messaging system and protocols (AMQP, JMS, etc.).
  • Proven ability to develop modern, cloud-native architectures for real-time clearing house, SaaS-based products.
  • 5 + years analyzing business, technical requirements and data and working with project leadership to formulate application architectures and plans for execution.
  • Solution design skills and understands enterprise scalable architecture design principles.
  • Experience in full lifecycle system development: architecture, design, building, testing, deployment, upgrade, and support.
  • Healthcare/Pharmacy software experience and/or proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle processes and workflow.

Responsibilities:Create product and system design proposals. Review, improve and approve design proposals of others; ensure alignment to Product and Enterprise Architecture Design Principles.
  • Define/document solution architecture through an architecture description document, an architecture decisions log, and a requirements/constraints traceability matrix to communicate the value proposition of the business solutions.
  • Works with customers, partners, stakeholders, and business sponsors to identify and define technical solutions to support product and business development goals.
  • Work with product managers, domain architects and engineers to develop modern, high-performing, cloud-native software architectures.
  • Drive incubation and innovation projects including the prototyping and development of proofs-of-concept and delivery of new technology components and products to market.
  • Development of enterprise architectural patterns that define best practices for software design and development as well as recommended use of enterprise technologies and services
