  • Technical Expertise - At least 2 years of experience of front end development with JavaScript or Java, or backend development with Python or Java. Experience with multiple frontend or backend frameworks.
  • Programming - Skilled in one or more of Python, Java or Javascript. Able to make appropriate choices libraries and tooling. Able to share and enforce community best practices through peer review, mentoring.
  • Organization - Exhibits a high level of attention to detail while working as part of a larger community of peers.
  • Independence - Comfortable with operating independently to meet specific goals.
  • Troubleshooting - Familiarity with diagnosing and remedying various problems that arise during development.
  • Qualifications - Degree in Computer Science or technical discipline. 2+ years of experience in software development.
