Project Management Coordinator Hillsboro, OR Pay Rate: $25/hr W2Job Overview:
- Work on special quotes or projects supporting client's Architecture (IA) system specific activities by working with Demo Depot customers to define the required configuration, generating the quote for approval, coordinating with engineering, purchasing, and production teams within the group to deliver to the project requirement.
- Work with other Project Manager's to understand project schedule and deliverables through weekly special project, production, and material readiness meetings.
- Interface with material, engineering, and production teams to plan and coordinate resources and schedule to meet project timeline.
- Work with material team & customer to ensure that material delivery aligns with project schedule.
- Work with engineering team to ensure customer assembly and test requirements are documented in assembly and test procedures.
- Work with production team to monitor builds and ensure that special procedures are followed, and quality requirements are met.
- Coordinate shipments, track, and update customer.
- Will have technical knowledge of IA mobile, desktop, server and related technologies as well as software and hardware knowledge in order to assist customers in determining what is needed.
- Receive and incorporate training on policies and procedures.
- May work with program/equipment owners and/or possibly other PMs in planning and negotiating stages of new or updated programs/projects, and in pool/equipment end-of-life planning, coordination, and completion.
- May work with equipment owners and/or other PMs via regularly scheduled meetings or other means to discuss and/or report program/project status indicators, as well as upcoming or future program/project plans.
- At least 2 years in program management or planning experience.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- BS in related field is preferred.
