Custom Solutions Technician - Baton Rouge, LA

The Custom Solutions Technician builds assemblies of basic to moderate complexity, including fitting assembly, tube bending, leak testing, hose assembly and others.

• The ability to troubleshoot and make appropriate judgment calls based on experience is required. The technician must demonstrate a high attention to detail, balanced by the ability to meet project deliverables and timeline demands.
• The technician needs to be comfortable building and fabricating with limited standard work, without sacrificing high quality standards. Most projects require working with engineers and others to define the assembly requirements.
• Perform simple / complex changes, adjustments, and set-up to equipment, ability to learn new equipment and processes, read manufacturing prints.

• Two or Four-year degree is preferred
• Technical assembly experience is required
