APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COUPLE (GREAT FALLS, MONTANA)

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN ON-SITE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT COUPLE for an 82 unit apartment complex in Great Falls, Montana. Management duties typical of industry to include screening prospective tenants, collecting rents, banking, bookkeeping, dealing with tenant issues, etc. Maintenance duties are all inclusive to include apartment maintenance, turnover, grounds, unit updates and other tasks typical of apartment complexes. Minimum three years prior apartment management and maintenance experience required. This is an on-site position that includes a two bedroom apartment as part of the compensation. Total compensation of $45,000+ per year based on experience in addition to the apartment. Benefits include health care and vacation pay. Well located complex in excellent condition, runs a high occupancy with great tenants. May also consider a non-resident manager who would hire and direct a resident maintenance person.
