Company :HM Health SolutionsJob Description :JOB SUMMARY​This job drives and implements ED&A Strategic priorities and implementation, supporting org leadership with a broad range of strategy activities essential to achievement of organizational objectives and priorities. This role drives the build and refinement of the Data & Analytics strategy and execution. This role leverages people, process and technology competencies to define strategic and tactical direction. The role is responsible for leading major engagements in support of the D&A Strategy, building the analytics portfolio management structure, and leading the development of measures for success. This role is also the lead for communication and socialization of ED&A priorities across all business units and key stakeholders. This role is also responsible for driving alignment of ED&A Strategic priorities with enterprise strategic priorities. This role will also lead platform customer engagement and communication strategy, governance structure and associated deliverables.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.

Leads the development and refinement of the Enterprise Data and Analytics Strategy and Execution Plan, including working with internal and external stakeholders to refresh the end-to-end strategy. This role is also responsible for communication of the strategy across business units throughout the enterprise.

Responsible for leading the data & analytics-specific product offerings for platform customers. Responsible for establishing an optimized communication and engagement plan, working with the product pipeline owner and product owner to ensure seamless communication, visibility of our product strategy, and timely resolution of issues.

Lead analytics intake and demand process design and processes for execution. Engages internal stakeholders to design streamlined analytics intake processes with measurable outcomes. Designs and owns deliverables.

Build, shares and maintains expertise, interfacing with product, ETO and platform customer teams to ensure visibility, transparency, and communication of HM product strategy, with eye for expansion to new customers. Own platform customer governance meetings and associated deliverables

Create framework for ED&A Strategy performance measurement. Work closely with Business Operations team to ensure framework is deployed for performance measurement.

Lead operationalization of Data/AI Ethics and Analytics Governance activities.
