Job Description

Opportunity to support different programs as aPMO Analyst and be the driving force behind the project.

In this role, you will perform a variety of activities which are supported by standard procedures requiring familiarity and expertise with a broad field of administrative knowledge, including the following:

  • Maintain registers on behalf of the Program
  • Support the co-ordination of various processes and activities
  • Provide administrative and/or secretarial support to on-site staff and/or managers or specified manager as required, and in line with established work procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining a good filing systems to facilitate easy access to required information
  • Support Document and Data Management activities on behalf of programs
  • Arrange and schedule meetings as required, including room bookings, preparing rooms for meetings and presentation, arranging catering.
  • Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions, including those relating to non-discrimination, environment, safety, duty of care, and the quality management system.
  • Display behaviours that reflect the Company values.
  • Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others, follow any reasonable instruction given by the Company, and report any concern(s) which may give rise to danger, and/or any injury which may occur in the workplace.

Any other duties as required.

Qualifications

Coupled with your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve the objectives. You will also have:

  • Good understanding of the relevant functional/operational areas
  • Some experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Objective and SharePoint experience desirable

Additional Information

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold at least a Baseline Security Clearance and eligibleto upgrade to NV-1.
