Who Are We Looking For? Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver Chick-fil-A Crofton is hiring both for part-time and full-time delivery drivers. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a clean driving record, work well in teams, and flourish in fast-paced environments. We are looking for drivers for all dayparts - to include early morning, mid-day, and afternoon/evening.All drivers earn an hourly wage plus tips.This position is different from a typical Chick-fil-A team member in that a driver’s primary objective is to provide quick, efficient, and guest-centered deliveries throughout their shift. This, like all restaurant positions, is based on providing memorable guest experiences.The ability to troubleshoot and fix issues on the fly is vital. A smart phone with ability to use your data is also required because our delivery app and functioning GPS are necessary when assigning, accepting, and locating deliveries.During down periods, drivers are expected to supplement their duties by stocking, cleaning, and performing other tasks assigned by the restaurant leaders.
