QUICK BOOKS JOB DESCRIPTION
Bilingual Spanish, English
SUMMARY
Under general supervision create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the Quick Books.
Reconcile all accounts as needed.
Interface with outside accounting expert.
Assist the manager o the owner in running and customizing report that provide business analysis and results.
Perform banking functions as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain QuickBooks company data. Understand the account and company set up steps and maintain a general knowledge of the major areas of the QuickBooks.
Create and maintain vendor records.
Customize the company invoice from and other forms as needed.
TRANSACTIONS
Write Checks in Quick Books
Invoice customers. Upon approval, distribute invoices to customer via email.
Manage bills received from vendors
Create and maintain time tracking records
Prepare estimates if requested
Record bank transactions as needed
Report and reconciliation.
EDUCATION REQUIERED
TWO-YEAR COMMUNITY COLLEGE BUSINESS DEGREE WITH BOOKKEPPING OR ACCOUNTING COURSES
OR 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKKEEPING QUICK BOOKS OR ACCOUNTING
