Assembler

All Fleet Solutions builds electrical systems for the automotive aftermarket. Candidates must be able to follow written directions in the assembly of products, and be able to lift 50 lbs safely. Daily tasks include the use of hand tools and wire assembly machines to crimp terminals, cut wire, and build harness assemblies. On the job training will be provided. The assembly staff works in a manufacturing environment that requires standing most of the day, and an awareness to their surroundings.Responsibilities:Work with a team to assemble entire products or componentsRotate through tasks for specific production processesConduct quality inspections on products and partsPrepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and orderly work areaPerform quality checks according to established processes and document results as required.Qualifications:Ability to handle physical workloadAbility to work well in teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
