Overview:

Our Warehouse Operators fill a critical need in FUJIFILM's chemical plant operations. They are responsible for day to day operations of the warehouse including but not limited to loading/unloading trucks, wrapping pallets, maintaining facility order and warehouse cleanliness.

Our Warehouse Operators have a dependable schedule with the ability to work day shifts, Monday through Friday.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus Applicants who apply on or after August 24th will qualify if selected

Payout schedule:

End of 30 days: 50%

End of 90 days: 50%

1st shift: $1,000

2nd shift: $1,250

3rd shift: $1,500

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares daily outgoing customer ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and labeling. Ensures paperwork and packaging meets D.O.T Requirements.

  • Processes requests and supply orders; pulling, packing, and staging materials and sales orders in appropriate area
  • Inspects Freight Bills and Bills of Lading and placement of received materials in their proper storage locations

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment maintaining 5S standards by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Loading and unloading trailers, either individually or with assistance, with or without mechanical freight-handling equipment.

  • Utilize Forklift and pallet jack operation.

  • Adhere to ISO 9000:2015 Operating Procedures, ISO 14001 Environmental Policies, and ISO18001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards.

  • Support and participate in Environmental, Safety and Health and quality department programs and requirements.

  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school degree or equivalent.

  • Must have a valid Texas drivers’ license and clean driving record

  • Must be able to lift/push up to 101 pounds.

  • Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning

  • Basic math skills

  • Forklift experience

  • Previous experience in Warehouse Dock Operations/Shipping highly preferred.

  • Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
