GENERAL SUMMARY:

We are currently looking for positive, energetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive with teamwork in a growing environment. In this role, you are responsible for incoming freight, determining the quantity, quality, functionality, pricing, and listing items on eBay. You will need to be efficient with researching merchandise, and creating listings on eBay in a streamline layout. It is beneficial to have product knowledge with name brand merchandise, high-end electronics, such as laptops, tablets, headphones, routers, smartwatches, etc.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Experience/understanding of e-commerce business operations including CRM or Support Ticketing System.

Detail-oriented.

Knowledgeable listing product on eBay.

Self-motivated, driven, proactive in your mindset.

Professional verbal and written communications.

Ability to balance competing priorities in a variety of situations.

Ability to find manufacturer pricing online and print pricing labels.

Follow company merchandise processes.

Ensure merchandise is properly packaged.

Ability to sort retail merchandise with weight up to 40 pounds independently.

Works well with an agile working environment that is growing.

Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Retail experience with eBay.

Online price points knowledge preferred.

Product knowledge with name brand merchandise.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Frequent walking and standing.

Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling.

Handling of merchandise and equipment such as box cutters, bin containers, two-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks.

Proper lifting up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.

Fast-paced environment with moderate noise level.
