Cafe Management

New cafe opening in spring looking for a manager to run and work a cafe located in a beautiful indoor/outdoor setting of a full scale garden nursery. We need a bright, energetic, self-starter with Serve Safe Pro certification, an amazing attention to detail, experience in food service management and great customer service and communication.

Location: The Garden Center by Zanescapes, 219 Notch Shopping Center Lane, Branson West MO

Responsibilities:

food prep and service/ train employees

weekly inventory, ordering

open/close/health dept regulation adherance

full maintenance of the cafe and ability to work closely with other areas of the nursery

occasional events

baking experience a PLUS
